Case process · four phases
The process is the same every time and leaves a trail at every step. You follow it without writing a single request yourself.
Reading order
Phase one · mapping
Before anything can be silenced, it has to become visible. We go through directories, number-lookup services, data brokers, and lead lists, and collect the hits that actually point to you.
Between mapping and request you confirm with a one-time code that the data is yours.
No request is sent before that consent exists. We never ask for ID documents to get started.
Phase two · request
The right request is chosen for you and worded for each recipient. You don't need to know which right applies — the system decides based on what the recipient does with the data.
Phase three · opt-out
An opt-out tied to a single phone number just moves the problem. So it's registered against the organization instead, which means it survives a resold list or a new number.
Phase four · monitoring
Data resurfaces. When it does, it's documented, the case reopens, and you're told who it involves — instead of finding out yourself through a phone call.
That's why the process doesn't end with a request sent. Monitoring continues for as long as protection is active, and every deviation lands in the same case as the rest of the evidence.
